Characteristics of the Hisk module 1:
The material is customized high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy, with a hardness of up to 13, which is twice the strength and hardness of aluminum profiles on the market. Due to the high strength of the material, the noise will be sharper, but it will be eliminated when installed on the machine.
The material has a long aging time, is not easily deformed during processing, and is also not easily deformed after assembly. Ordinary aluminum profiles will undergo deformation after being stored for a long time.
Characteristics 2 of the Hisk module:
Surface treatment: The color of electrophoretic horse gray is unique, and the surface hardness after electrophoresis can reach 35 degrees, fully reaching the hardness of ordinary steel, so it is not easily scratched.
Characteristics three of the Hisk module:
The aluminum slider on top has an upper opening, which is designed to facilitate the disassembly and installation of the cover plate, making it easier to install on the machine.

The main support seat and motor seat are integrated, which makes it easier to ensure the concentricity of the screw and motor. The service life of the motor, screw, and coupling will be improved, reducing the need for later maintenance of the machine.

Our screw is selected from TBI brand, C5 grade, with high precision and low friction system.
The diameter and lead of the screw can be customized according to customer needs. For example, for modules with a width of 140, screws with different diameters of 16/20/25 can be selected, and the lead can be selected as 05/10/20, depending on the travel speed.
Sisk module feature six:
The profile base has undergone a one-time processing without cutting or polishing, ensuring a flatness and parallelism of 2 threads. It can process up to four meters of guide rail surface at once.
After assembling the four guide rails, the flatness reaches one thread. Assuming it is too high, equal height grinding will be performed, resulting in an H-grade guide rail.
